Biomass fuel replacing coal is a new trend, energy saving, environmental protection, cost reduction and efficiency improvement. We took the customer to visit the factory workshop and explained the equipment and process to the customer in detail. The customer focused on observing the JLSS2000 double-shaft shredder and was very satisfied with the quality of our products.
The role of straw shredder for power generation:
1. Fuel preparation: The calorific value of the crushed straw reaches 3500 kcal/kg, which is directly supplied to the power plant boiler, replacing 30% of coal;
2. Emission reduction benefits: A single device processes 20,000 tons of straw per year, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 7,200 tons;
3. Cost advantage: The purchase price of straw is only 1/5 of coal, and the annual fuel cost of a 10,000-ton power plant is more than 500,000 US dollars.
