Tire shredder works by using powerful cutting and tearing forces to break down whole or pre-cut tires into smaller, manageable rubber pieces. When waste tires are fed into the hopper, a heavy-duty rotor system equipped with high-strength alloy steel blades begins to rotate at low speed with high torque. These interlocking blades grip, shear, and tear the rubber while also cutting through embedded steel wires inside the tires.
