Single shaft shredder is an efficient industrial machine designed to reduce the size of various waste and recyclable materials. It is widely to recycle solid wastes, such as plastic, wood, rubber, light metal, municipal solid waste, industrial waste, etc. It is an ideal machine for the size reduction of a wide range of different materials, the qualified size will discharge from the screen mesh, the oversize material will be send back for re shredding. The final product size can be adjusted by changing the final product size. It can be used alone or in a recycling line.

The single shaft shredder features a single rotor with sharp blades that cut through materials. The shredded output is typically uniform in size (usually a few centimeters to more than ten centimeters). Ideal for recycling large volumes of plastic waste, such as bottles, drums and containers. The materials are fed into the shredder’s hopper, the machine’s blades rotate and cut into smaller pieces. The size of the shredded output can be adjusted based on the blade configuration. The shredded metarials are discharged through a screen or chute, allowing for easy collection.
