OTR Tire Recycling Machine

The OTR tire bead cutter is a tire dismantling machine, specially designed for the initial processing of large size tires (OTR tires). Due to their large size and heavy structure, OTR tires cannot go straight into the shredding process, this machine efficiently cut and separate the whole tire into several parts, such as beads, treads, tops, etc. not only facilitates handling and stacking but also improves the efficiency and safety of subsequent crushing, significantly reduce the load and wear on tire shredders, minimizing downtime, lowering maintenance costs, and extending equipment life.

Our tire wire removal machine is specially designed for separating steel wires from tire beads. Waste tires contain a large number of embedded steel wires, which must be removed before shredding or grinding. This machine not only improves the purity of recycled rubber materials but also protects downstream equipment, reduces wear, and realizes the recycling and reuse of steel to maximize resource value.

The machine adopts double-roller extrusion technology. When tire beads enter between the two rollers, high-strength alloy rollers rotate synchronously to squeeze and separate steel wires from rubber efficiently. The separated steel can be recycled for profit, while the rubber material is ready for subsequent crushing and processing.

Featuring hard alloy rollers, the machine has excellent wear resistance and a long service life. The roller gap is adjustable to fit different tire bead thicknesses, ensuring stable and reliable performance.

The OTR Hydraulic Tire Cutter is specially designed to cut large-sized waste tires into multiple sections. It is ideal for the pre-processing of OTR tires (up to 4000 mm).
