Tire debeader is specially designed to mechanically pull out the bead wires completely that are inside the sidewalls, high efficiency pull out in short time. Before the tires are sent to the next process tire shredder, they must pass through the tire debeading, which can make the finished product cleaner and ensure that the working blades of the shredder have a longer service life.
Our tire debeader is remote controlled, and easy to operate. The motor drives the hydraulic system and the oil cylinder of the tire steel wire debeader, and the hook is connected to the pull rod of the oil cylinder. Due to the movement of the oil pump and the oil cylinder, the pull hook is reciprocated. Place the tire on the feeding mouth, extend the pull hook out of the feeding mouth, hook the inner steel part of tire ring, and then start the button. Due to the strong pulling force of the oil cylinder, the steel wire will be pulled out as a whole, thereby achieving the purpose of separating the steel wire from the tire.
