Kowloon Machinery recently completed the installation and operation of a tire recycling project in Zambia, helping the customer efficiently process waste tires into valuable rubber granules.
According to the customer’s production requirements and local market demand, Kowloon Machinery provided a customized tire recycling solution with reliable performance and easy maintenance features. The project is designed for stable industrial operation and provides an effective solution for waste tire recycling and resource reuse.
From equipment manufacturing to installation support, the entire project demonstrates Kowloon Machinery’s experience in tire recycling equipment production and industrial recycling solutions.

The complete tire recycling plant is designed for high efficiency and stable performance.
The recycling process starts with the tire debeader machine, which is used to pull out the steel wire from tire sidewalls, reducing wear on the shredding system and improving processing efficiency.
After debeading, the tires are fed into the tire shredder machine for size reduction. The tire shredder adopts heavy duty blades and a powerful drive system, making it suitable for continuous processing of waste car tires and truck tires.

The shredded rubber materials are then processed through the tire rasper machines to remove remaining steel wires, and magnetic separators separate rubber and steel wire to improve the purity of the final rubber granules while reducing manual labor.
The final output material is high quality rubber granules, which can be widely used in rubber products, playground materials, rubber mats and recycled rubber applications.

As a professional tire recycling machine manufacturer, Kowloon Machinery continues to provide customized waste tire recycling equipment and complete recycling plant solutions for global customers.
