Today, Brazilian customer visited our company and focused on the waste tire resource upgrading plan. The customer plans to expand the existing tire shredder equipment, add a wire separator and a rubber granulator, reduce the output particle size, and improve the purity of rubber powder. We demonstrated the whole process of waste tire recycling for customers on site. After visiting the workshop and observing the whole line test, the customer expressed great satisfaction.
Application market of waste tire recycling:
1. Reclaimed rubber. It can be used to make rubber products, rubber mats, insulation materials, seals, rubber tubes, etc. The price is lower than that of new rubber;
2. Modified asphalt. The road and playground using modified asphalt is flat and non-slip, has low noise, good drainage, reduces road maintenance and reduces costs.
3. Pyrolysis Oil. It is widely used as a fuel oil with high calorific value.
4. Alternative fuels. It is used in cement plants and power plants to reduce production costs, reduce carbon emissions, and promote the recycling of resources.
