Our company’s customized waste tire recycling equipment—rubber granulator—for a Peruvian customer, after production and testing, has been shipped from our factory to the customer’s waste tire recycling site in Peru. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the equipment’s stable operation and output during a previous on-site visit and trial run.

The rubber granulator is a core piece of equipment developed by our company for the resource recovery of waste tires. It adopts an integrated design of “crushing + screening + dust removal,” efficiently processing rubber blocks that have already had steel wires separated into rubber granules of 1-7mm size. The core components are made of wear-resistant alloy material, extending the equipment’s service life and reducing maintenance costs. The screening equipment effectively separates the granules into required sizes, and a pulse dust removal system removes fibers.

Rubber granules have a wide range of applications: they can be used to produce rubber running tracks, anti-slip mats, and other rubber products; as road paving materials, they can improve road surface elasticity and wear resistance; they can also be used as fuel to replace coal, with high combustion efficiency and low pollutant emissions; and they can also be used in asphalt modification, sound insulation material production, and other fields, truly turning waste tires into valuable resources.
