Tire debeader is specially designed to mechanically pull out the bead wires completely that are inside the sidewalls, high efficiency pull out in short time. Before the tires are sent to the next process tire shredder, they must pass through the tire debeading, which can make the finished product cleaner and ensure that the working blades of the shredder have a longer service life.

Our tire debeader is remote controlled, and easy to operate. The motor drives the hydraulic system and the oil cylinder of the tire steel wire debeader, and the hook is connected to the pull rod of the oil cylinder. Due to the movement of the oil pump and the oil cylinder, the pull hook is reciprocated. Place the tire on the feeding mouth, extend the pull hook out of the feeding mouth, hook the inner steel part of tire ring, and then start the button. Due to the strong pulling force of the oil cylinder, the steel wire will be pulled out as a whole, thereby achieving the purpose of separating the steel wire from the tire.

Pallet shredder is used to coarse crush large number of discarded pallets into small shreds, while output separate nails and other metal materials, the pure wood shreds go forward for further processing. Cause wood pallets often have metal objects such as nails and wires on them, which can only be crushed by pallet chipper.

Pallet shredder mainly consists of working platform, feeding roller and conveyor. The whole machine has integrated linkage control of conveying, feeding, pressing plate and crushing. In addition, various types of wood processing equipment can be customized according to customer requirements.

Tire Rasper is also called tire steel wire separator, it is designed to remove steel wire from the rubber tires with claw blade with teeth, and separate them via magnet separator above discharge conveyor, steel wire separating purity 98%. Raspers are a necessary piece of equipment for tire recycling, crushing rubber even further for future processing. It can process tire chips from the tire shredder into 10-15mm rubber granules.

Rubber granulator is specially designed for rubber granulation in the rubber recycling line as the third step process. The first and second steps were able to shred the tires into 10-20mm rubber chips, and then the granulator could further grind them into 1-7mm rubber crumb. The outlet size required can be adjusted, as there are different sizes of screens available to ensure more flexible production. The final product after our rubber granulator will be 99.9% rubber crumb without fiber and wire.
